Established in 2000, Ariadne Hair was simply a hair salon which retailed select hair care products in only 800 sq feet of space. In 2003, due to our expanding needs, we renovated the salon to include nail and skin care services. Since then, we have grown into a current, yet relaxed salon/spa atmosphere including spa pedicure chairs, advanced skin care services and a vast variety of hair and skin care products to offer our clients at discounted costs.

Our goal entails building enduring and rewarding relationships with our clients and community, through knowledge, wellness and superior service. Emil Dagher

Emil Dagher

Emil grew up in Beirut Lebanon where he was formally trained in the art of hairstyling in 1970. He had an eye for design particularly in women’s styles. Having styled in England, Australia, and the Maritimes, he uses his exotic sense of style in fulfilling his client’s needs. He has kept his training modernized throughout the years with Joico, AG, American Crew and many others. A flourishing business owner in Calgary since 1983, he exudes confidence and the know how to give anyone a new style they are delighted with. With over 25 years of experience, Emil is an expert colorist and his cuts are extraordinary. Keeping up-to-date, all of Ariadne Hair’s clients are certain to leave with a smile on their face. Anita Dagher

Anita Dagher
Anita was born into the industry by her father who is a very successful salon owner. Beginning her passion for styling, she started at the young age of 10yrs old sweeping the floors at the family business. After completing high school in 1997, she went on to take her full Esthetics training at Zeneba Academy of Esthetics. Her instructors knew then that she would be a professional and excel in doing gel nail applications. After 7 years performing natural and artificial nail care, waxing and facials Anita felt a need to employ her creative juices. Anita enrolled herself in Marvel College of Hair Design in 2004 where she graduated at the top of her class. She has travelled New York, Las Vegas and all of Canada to further her education in hairstyling.She has also attended innumerable Joico and Redken color classes and events. Anita is experienced with Short2Long extensions. With a natural flair for styling, keeping current with today’s color trends and her brilliant skills as an artist Anita is available for your complimentary consultation

Christina Nopper

Christina Nopper
Christina noticed her fervour for hairstyling during her junior years. In her initial year at Bowness High School in 2002, she enrolled herself in their reputable beauty culture program. After school, she would spend as much time as she could in the salon working as a Stylist’s assistant until she graduated with honours from her program. Christina is a color expert having travelled all over Canada for countless Redken educational programs,Joico classes and seminars, Christina is confident in her abilities to tackle the most difficult hair types. With her amazing work ethics, fresh outlook on color techniques and her innovative design ideas with formal hairstyles Christina can help you with all your styling needs
